REGISTRATION: INFORMATION
Important information about registration for the XXVICLAQ/27a RASBQ.
- To access the registration form:
- Resgistration may be made using the home page of the XXVICLAQ/27aRASBQ: www.sbqclaq.sbq.org.br or using the Online Services on the page of the Brazilian Chemical Society (SBQ): www.sbq.org.br
- To access the registration page, the system requires a code word for each user, the same one as used for the previous meetings. If you have forgotten it, use the option "forgot my code word" and the system will send a reminder.
- If you do not already have a code word, it is necessary to first acquire one from SBQ. For this use the option "registration in SBQ" and the system will send your code word to the e-mail address provided.
- Online Registration Form:
- All changes to your SBQ information must be made before submitting the registration. On the registration form for the Congress only the e-mail can be changed or added. All other changes must be made on the SBQ home page, using "on-line services", enrolment form.
- The registration includes spaces for name and abreviation of the institution, which will be used to print the identification card.
- Since the receipt will be provided through the Web, there are spaces to insert the fiscal identification code and the personal or company name which should appear on the receipt.
- Submission of abstracts is carried out by means of a "popup" window, which opens using an icon in the upper left corner, after clicking on the "send abstract" button. After a message saying "abstract sent ok" appears, a button to return to the registration form appears, which should be sent immediately after the abstract(s).
- It will be possible to alter the registration form, until it has been confirmed by the SBQ. To do this, enter the system and extract the previously filled out registration form. Once approved, changes in registration can only be made by SBQ. Note that, similarly, the abstracts can also be altered until final approval.
- Payment:
- Payment will be made by bank deposit using a payment voucher. Payment can thus be made using the INTERNET or at any bank until the date specified on the voucher.
- Registration is considered incomplete until confirmation of payment. Once payment is confirmed, the system will make availabe a receipt which can be saved or printed out.
- ATTENTION:
- No registration fee will be returned.
- Authors who were registered for the 26thRASBQ whose full paper has been accepted for publication in an indexed journal receive a 10% discount (per paper) in the registration fee for the XXVICLAQ/27thRASBQ. It is necessay to annex a copy of the acceptance of the paper or a copy of the published paper.
- General Information:
- The process of registration can be followed using the "verify pending requirements" option on the online services page of SBQ or via the principal registration page of XXVICLAQ/27thRASBQ.
- After the meeting of the Scientific Commision which will evaluate the referees's reports, a registered person may obtain a printed copy of the result by using the "result of the evaluation of abstracts" option, also available in "online services" or on the registration page for the Congress.
- The system also permits on-line registration for the courses to be offered at the XXVICLAQ/27thRASBQ and a reservation for bus transportation.
- As with recent annual meetings of the SBQ, the abstracts should be submitted on line after filling out the "Abstract Model" template. The forms and sizes of the letters and the headings of sections are already defined so that only the appropriate text must be inserted in the respective places: title, author(s), intitution, keywords, test, exactly as indicated.
- On the larger template (in two columns), the author should use, if it suits his convenience, the spaces for introduction, results and discussion, acknowledgements, references, etc., including tables, graphs, structures, etc., however observing the space limitations of a single page. The smaller template should contain, in addition to title and author(s), only a short summary of the principal ideas from the work. The fonts and sizes of letters are also pre-determined. Note that the larger abstract will be used for referring and, after acceptance, will also appear on the homepage of the XXVICLAQ/27thRASBQ. The short abstract will appear in the Book of Abstracts.
- Evaluation of the submitted abstracts will be carried out on-line, with participation of colleagues from every area of Chemistry.
- The accepted abstracts will appear on the homepage of the Congress and can be searched by keyword and/or by author.
- The Book of Abstracts will be released in only one volume, as for the 26th RASBQ.
