"POWER-POINT PRESENTATIONS SHOULD BE PLACED ON CD-R OR 3 1/2 DISCS ONLY, NOT ON CD-RW"


Prepare your presentation using Power-point, save it on a CD with your complete name and time and session of presentation.

During the event, one day before your presentation, please deliver the CD to the Speaker Support Desk so that your file can be transfered to the computer of the room in which you will make your presentation.

Verify that the presentation is in the correct format. The equipment available will be a PC-type computer.
